Spring has spRRUng...

The Rideau River, up Manotick way, looked ice-free everywhere below the highway bridge, today. This shot overlooks a little bay just upstream of the fine main drag of Manotick.

It felt SO GOOD on my ol' eyes to see actual liquid water flowing in the river again, instead of that solid water, 3 feet thick and covered in white. White, be gone...



I saw many little flowers again today and yards are starting to look nice again too. Man I just LOVE Spring. How it seems to get people out of the house and out in the yard at least, for starters...
